Description
BodyTrain Adjustable Squat Rack Barbell Stands & Foldable Adjustable Weight Bench Package is ideal for home fitness training to help safely build strength and push your limits when training with weights. Suitable for beginners all the way through to experienced athletes looking to safely performing weighted exercises with max loads.
The BodyTrain Foldable Adjustable Weight Bench is fully adjustable with flat, incline and decline positions. It is ideal for use with the BodyTrain Barbell Stands or on its own for dumbbell workouts. The declined position also makes this bench perfect to do weighted crunches to target the core, the padding and adjustable ankle restraints will ensure your comfort. The quick and simple adjustment offers 6 bench positions. The dumbbell holders ensure the correct weights are close to hand when you need them.
Both the BodyTrain Squat Rack / Barbell Stands and Weight Bench are easy to assemble, the heavy-duty steel tubing has a chip-resistant black paint finish which is both durable and robust which helps the longevity of the rack. They are both wide and have non-slip feet that protect flooring and offer stability and safety. The bench backrest and seat have a comfortable thick padded high-density multi-layer foam cushion that is covered with a soft non-slip black PU leather that is easy to clean.
The BodyTrain Adjustable Power Squat Rack Barbell Stands are ideal for home fitness weight training and are perfect for areas with limited space. Separate Barbell Stands are easier to store and help save space when not in use, independent Stands also allow infinite width adjustments while remaining extremely stable. They are height adjustable from 106 to 170 cm so you can easily find the position that feels most comfortable for you. Designed with adjustable safety spotter arms the stands are suitable for performing Squats, Curls, Upright Rows, Shrugs, Calf Raises, Flat/Incline/Decline Bench Presses and more in safety.
Featuring a total of 16 height adjustments and 6 bench press height adjustments which can also be uses as safety spotter arms. Each stand has been designed around the central support with double triangular steel reinforcements which add strength and stability. Finally, the thick 50mm square box section steel frame and non-slip rubber feet help prevent tilting in all directions.
Suitable for both standard and Olympic size bars with a max load of 200kg.
Before exercising, please check all the nuts and bolts are tight and that the bracket is fully inserted to avoid injury.

Delivery throughout the whole of Ireland and we endeavour to have your item with you within 10 working days from date of purchase.
Throughout the Delivery process we do endeavour to keep you informed of the delivery progress either by text or email. Delivery is a one man kerbside delivery and you should ensure to have somebody available to help the driver with the item if it’s over 30kg.
When will my item be delivered?
1. Your order is received into our warehouse and is picked and packed ready for collection and delivery to you.
2. Tracking details will be sent direct to the email address provided on the order.
3. You will receive a text message or call from the courier to confirm a delivery date and time.
4. If for any reason, you cannot accept delivery at this time, it is easy to rearrange for a more convenient time.
Delivery timescales can sometimes be delayed by different factors such as weather, transport system congestion & busy periods so from time to time delivery may take a little longer than the stated time. We will endeavour to let you know of any delays before they happen but sometimes this is outside of our control.
The warranty period is from date of delivery and for domestic use only.
We offer a parts only warranty as described below. If the customer is unable to rectify the problem the goods would be covered by a return to base parts warranty.
Electric vehicles – 12 Months main plastic body, 12 Months motors, 12 months mechanical, 12 months electrical system. Batteries are not covered under the warranty as perishable items and they must be handled and charged correctly. (Min charge 6 hours, max charge 10 hours) If left in storage please charge at least once a month.
Wear and tear to wheels isn’t covered under warranty
Should you encounter a problem with your purchase please contact us with your order details. When the fault has been diagnosed the replacement part will be sent in the post or with a courier for the customer to fit.
